The controller of this website (Forja, forjatools.com) is an independent developer based in Spain. For any questions about this policy, write to us at contacto@forjatools.com.
Forja is a collection of free online tools for text, development, calculations and content generation. All tools run entirely in your browser: the text you enter, the files you process and the results you get are not sent to or stored on our servers. This is a design decision: your content never passes through us.
Under normal conditions we don't collect or store personal data directly: no names, no email addresses, and none of the content you process with the tools.
The contact form only collects your name, email, the reason and the message you write, with your explicit consent (acceptance checkbox). The data is used solely to reply to you and is delivered by email through the Resend service from contacto@forjatools.com. We don't store it: Forja keeps no copy of the message or your data on its server once sent. We include a hidden honeypot field and a rate limit to filter out automated (spam) messages.
Forja is funded through advertising served by Google AdSense. As an external provider, Google uses cookies to serve relevant ads:

We use technical cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work, such as remembering your light or dark theme preference. These cookies don't collect personal data and aren't used for advertising.
As a user, especially if you reside in the European Union, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, as well as to restrict or object to its processing and to request data portability. Since we don't store personal data on our servers, these rights can be exercised without restriction and, in practice, only affect the third-party (Google) services mentioned.

Forja's services are not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
